Composite bonding uses a tooth colored filling material to cover or fix discolored, fractured or decaying areas in the front teeth. Composite bonding requires minimal tooth material removal and is less invasive than other treatment options. Often composite bonding does not have the longevity that all porcelain crowns have for large fillings and fractures in the front teeth.
Dr. Burgess works with different shades of composite to blend the filling material with the natural tooth to make an esthetic replacement.
